Delivery FAQ
We sure are!
All your cases are shipped together on the same day, however each case will have their own delivery sticker and tracking. Unfortunately, with an increase in delivery demand, there is a risk that they will get split up along the way and you could find you may receive your cases in separate deliveries. We are working closely with our delivery partner to minimise this. If part of your order doesn’t arrive within 5 business days, please send us an email hello@kreol.com.au

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as we can. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact shipping days or times. Once your order is processed, picked and packed you will receive a tracking link as well as regular updates from our delivery partner.
Your Kréol drinks will be delivered at ambient (room) temperature. All our drinks are safe to be out of the fridge, this does not affect any of the infused nutrients or vitamins. Once you do receive you order we do recommend keeping them in the fridge to help preserve the REAL fruit inside over extended periods of time and all drinks taste better cold!
